• Support prototyping and improvement of bags and small leather goods.
• Use materials carefully and help reduce avoidable wastage.
• Carry out basic machine care and report technical issues early.

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience making bags, leather goods, upholstery items or similar products.
• Strong industrial sewing-machine skills; leather stitching experience is highly valued.
• Ability to produce neat, consistent work and follow measurements.
• Practical problem-solving, reliability and respect for quality.
• Readiness to show work samples and complete a practical skills test.
